14-Day Exchange / Store Credit Policy

We accept exchanges or store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify, items must meet the following conditions:
Original tags attached
Brand new condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged)
Original receipt or proof of purchase provided

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.


Store Credit

Store credit:
Will be issued at the value paid
Does not expire
May be used on any future in-store purchase


Conditions for Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, certain items may be final sale. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

To ensure equal and consistent treatment of all customers:
This policy is clearly displayed on customer receipts,
Posted at the cash register, and
Provided in written form upon request.
